Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Makes 8 – 10 sandwiches

4 oz pork shoulder (pork butt) trimmed
2 ½ c chicken stock
1 large onion, sliced
3 cl garlic, sliced
1 T brown sugar
2 T chili powder
1 t cumin
2 t salt
½ t black pepper
Hamburger Buns

Optional
Your favorite BBQ Sauce or the sauce below
Coleslaw or your favorite coleslaw
Pickles

In a bowl mix chicken broth and salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder and brown sugar. Add onions to slow cooker. Add Pork. Pour in chicken broth mixture.

Set slow cooker to high. Cook for eight hours. Remove from slow cooker. With 2 folks pull meat apart.

To make sandwich mix meat with bbq sauce of choice, and pile it on bottom bun. Add some coleslaw and pickles if desired. Top with a little more sauce and top of bun.

Vinegary BBQ Sauce
½ c apple cider vinegar
½ c ketchup
¼ c brown sugar
2 t yellow mustard
2 t molasses
½ t salt
¼ cayenne pepper
¼ black pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Enjoy.
