Bacon Jalapeno Poppers
5 large jalapenos, sliced, cleaned of seeds, membrane, stems removed
10 slices of bacon
4 oz cream cheese ½ brick, soft
3 T shredded mozzarella cheese
1 T green onions, sliced thinly
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, or foil. Place a rack on top of baking sheet.
In a bowl mix soft cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and scallions.
Spread filling evenly into each pepper. Wrap with bacon. Place prepared poppers on rack. Bake off for 15 – 18 minutes or until the bacon is cooked and crisp. Enjoy.
