Hummus

You can find tahini in the health food section of your grocery store. If you can’t find it use almond butter. Don’t use peanut butter because the flavor of the peanut butter will be over powering. Tahini is a very mild and is made from grinding sesame seeds and adding salt.

Hummus
15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
3 T c fresh lemon juice
3 T water
1 cl garlic, minced
1 T olive oil
½ t salt
1/4 t cumin

Directions
Add all the stuff to food processor and mix until smooth and creamy. You can cover this, slide it in the refrigerator for a week.
