Chocolate Pudding

This is so simple. Use organic, all natural or any kind of milk chocolate you want. Just get something that you really like and this will turn out fantastic. If you have kids or you’re just a kid at heart this will be well liked. Think of it as those little chocolate puddings your mom put in your lunch, just better. Better ingredients, and fresh taste.

Chocolate Pudding

chocolate pudding

4.4 oz milk chocolate, use your favorite, broken up
2 T + 1 t sugar
2 T + 1/2 t corn starch
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1 t vanilla extract
1/8 t salt

In a non-stick pot over medium heat whisk together corn starch, sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Pour in the milk and cream and increase the heat to medium high.

Whisk and cook until the mixture starts to thicken. It should coat the back of a spoon. Pour into a heat proof bowl.

Whisk in vanilla and chocolate until chocolate has melted and everything is well combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours. Serve. Enjoy.
